Come to this long-standing Chinese restaurant and mainstay of the central Daegu dining scene for delicious fried or steamed mandu (만두; dumplings) – the fried versions are rather more deeply fried, and larger, than their equivalents in China, but are delicious. It's often packed, so you may find yourself next to a table of nuns, visiting Chinese or garrulous locals.
