Top choice in Daegu

This terrific, welcoming, very popular ramen restaurant is a modern all-wood affair with busy, efficient staff and a short menu of excellent noodle dishes. The name means '93', referring to the year of birth of the friendly owner. It's near the next corner on the left as you head south past the Nike store on Dongseong-ro 6-gil.

There's no English menu, but ask the owner to help translate.
