Chuncheon

This old-school watering hole between Myeong-dong and the bend of Dakgalbi Geori is overseen by amiable veteran Mr Oh, who sits in front of 8000 vinyl records and takes requests, digging out oldies from the '70s and '80s upon request. Mr Oh first set up at the US Army base in town (Camp Page), then moved here when the soldiers moved out.

It's on the second floor, so look for the stairs heading up, on the north side of the alley, with a chicken sign high up on the other side of the lane. Draft beers start at about ₩4000.
