Inside Honiara Hotel, Club Havanah offers something different. Georges, the adept French chef, cooks up ambitious dishes with a strong French accent – think wild pigeon cooked in red-wine sauce or snails in garlic butter. Just one grumble: the big fake fish and siren at the back are ludicrous.
