This 18th-century brewery building has been sensitively converted into the nicest digs in town. Spacious, white-on-white apartments (the biggest has four bedrooms) have bags of sleek minimalist style. Some have original stone wall features, while all come with full kitchens, big balconies, repurposed factory lamps swinging over tables and sumptuous bathrooms with walk-in showers. There's a small sauna on-site.
