Julija

Ljubljana

Arguably the best of several restaurants standing side by side on touristy Stari trg. The menu revolves around risottos and pastas, with plenty of tempting meat and fish options. The atmosphere is casual, though the relatively formal baroque setting makes Julija a solid choice for a fancy meal or a date. The three-course set lunches (around €9) are good value.
