High-backed pews and religious portraits seem to urge prayerful contemplation, but the chefs at 12 Apoštolov have something more decadent in mind. This venerable tavern (1910) specialises in Slovak soul food: gravy-soaked pork steak with bread dumplings, burgers, paprika-laced stews and fish with creamy risotto. There's also eight varieties of craft beer – not quite enough for each apostle.
