In his screaming yellow outdoor cafe, owner Skell offers more than three dozen burger choices, spanning beef, turkey, chicken, fish and veggie varieties, along with sandwiches and other fast-food classics. Wash them down with shakes or finish with an ice-cream sundae. On Friday nights, half the town comes out to party until the wee hours.
