Franky's does good business with his barbecue, where chicken, fish and ribs are fire-tickled to perfection on the smoky grill and dished up with deep-fried johnnycakes, coleslaw and other sides.
At other times, Franky's cooks Caribbean specialties such as bull-foot soup, grilled triggerfish, jerk chicken and curried pork cutlets. DJs spin on Thursday nights; live bands play on Friday and Saturday evenings.
