Cool Corner

An island favorite, Cool Corner hides an incongruously woodsy ski-hut-lodge look behind a weathered exterior. The menu is as long and confusing as Confucius and hopscotches from char siu (barbecued pork), kung pao (hot garlic chicken) and salt-and-pepper shrimp to such meatless options as spicy sesame-garlic tofu and scallion pancakes. Portions are huge, and takeaway is available.
