In tribute to the fictional city from the Batman series, this edifice is often referred to as the 'Gotham Building' due to its art deco architecture. The recent completion of the curved hexagon-covered DUO next door has diminished the building's grandeur somewhat; however, gin lovers should not miss the swanky bar Atlas on the lobby level. The free contemporary art museum on the third level is also worth a gander.
