The modern French seasonal menu, based on spirituality and ritual, is often inspired. Coupled with refined service and stunning Marina Bay views, it pulls in the very well-to-do crowds. The fine-dining children's menu (under 10 years S$85) means even the littlest of foodies are catered for.
