Not just any old nasi lemak joint, here they're nuts about coconuts and only a certain Malaysian West African (MAWA) hybrid will do. Chicken is super crispy, encrusted in a flavour-punching lemongrass, ginger and galangal coating. The sambal (sauce of fried chilli, onions and prawn paste), however, is on the mild side. Save room for the refreshing cendol (shaved-ice dessert).
