A Noodle Story

With a snaking line and proffered apology that 'we may sell out earlier than stipulated timing' on the facade, this one-dish-only stall is a magnet for Singapore foodies. The object of desire is Singapore-style ramen created by two young chefs, Gwern Khoo and Ben Tham. It's Japanese ramen meets wanton mee (noodles): pure bliss in a bowl topped with a crispy potato-wrapped prawn.
