Jekyll & Hyde splits itself into two spaces – buzzing back bar and milder-mannered front space tailored for more tranquil tête-à-têtes. Whichever you choose, expect inspired libations like the Vaping Geisha, a smoking concoction of plum-infused gin, Shiso and lemon juice poured over plum sorbet, or the strangely seductive Mr Bean, made with fresh bean curd, vodka, kaya (coconut jam), butterscotch liqueur and Frangelico.
