Eisenhower at Culzean Castle

If you really want to experience the magic of Culzean, it's possible to stay in the castle, which has a magnificent suite used by Eisenhower and several other plush chambers. Don't expect five-star facilities, but welcoming staff make for a great experience. There's also a self-catering flat, the Brewhouse (www.nts.org.uk), on the property.
