Skipness Smokehouse

The hot smoked salmon from these folk behind Skipness Castle was one of the highlights of a long-standing seafood restaurant on Arran. That's closed, but you can get hold of it at their new smokehouse here, along with other treats. There's usually somebody around even outside the official opening hours.
