Manor House

Oban

Built in 1780 for the Duke of Argyll, the old-fashioned Manor House is Oban’s finest hotel. It has small but elegant Georgian-style rooms – the majority with lovely sea views – with antiques and period-style wallpaper, plus a classy restaurant serving Scottish/French cuisine (table d'hôte dinner £49). Rates include access to a local gym and golf course. No under-12s.
