Aficionados of smoked salmon should pay a visit to Inverawe Smokehouse and Fishery, 2 miles east of Taynuilt, where local salmon (and trout, herring and venison) is smoked over split oak logs. There’s also an angling school and trout fishery where you can learn to fly-fish, lots of family-friendly features, and a tearoom where you can sample the smokery’s mouthwatering produce.
