Tuǧra

Riyadh

Tuǧra is named after the Ottoman sultans' royal seal, and there's certainly something regal about the stunning views from this restaurant. The food is inspired by the historic Turkish empire, and includes the delicious kuzu guvec firin (stewed lamb and artichokes in a clay pot) and the Persian-inspired cokertme kebab (grilled meat on skewers). There's a buffet on Wednesdays.
