Different Tastes

If you're on the island on a Tuesday, make lunch reservations at Chez Bubba, a fine-dining bistro that on that day is taken over by the nonprofit Different Taste initiative. It trains locals with special challenges to prepare and serve simple but delicious food such as lobster bisque, pesto pasta or pork sate. Also available for takeaway or delivery.
