This excellent, central midrange place appears sometimes to spill over into top end with its lavish buffet breakfast served in the gorgeous open-sided restaurant and charming staff that seem genuinely happy to see you. The rooms are fresh and modern with comfortable mattresses and neat carpets, and some come with balconies. One grumble: no lift. Brilliant value (by Kigali standards).
