Frankly, this place is bit of a relic and on the down-and-out side (complete with strong sewage smell from the bathrooms), but it has clean rooms, English-speaking, very helpful staff and a good location on pl Lenina near the park. Some of the cheaper rooms have no bathroom; the common shower is R60. Wi-fi only available in common areas.
Another 'highlight' is its restaurant bizarrely hidden away within a converted apartment on the 2nd floor.
