Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace

St Petersburg

Housed in a meticulously restored palace, the Four Season's lower priced rooms fail to match the lavish promise of the lobby and grand staircase, but those fortunate enough to occupy one of the plush suites are unlikely to be disappointed.

Designed by Montferrand, the architect of next-door St Isaac’s Cathedral, and formerly the home of Prince Lobanov-Rostovsky, the palace also has two attractively designed restaurants, a great bar, a winter garden for afternoon tea, and a spa with Jacuzzi pool.
