Moskovskoye Nebo

A typical white collonaded VDNKh pavilion contains a restaurant which draws inspiration from the Stalinist utopia that surrounds it without overdoing the Soviet nostalgia. Like VDNKh itself, the menu represents the USSR's republics, most notably Ukraine. The borsch with smoked pork and chicken kiev are superb and indeed much better than they were in Soviet times.
