This stylishly renovated boutique hotel on the pedestrianised section of lower B-dul Tomis is close to the city's beach, port and most sights. All rooms feature top-quality mattresses as well as high-end towels and toiletries; pricier rooms are more spacious. The neighbourhood is slowly gentrifying but still spotty in sections.
