Mercure Créolia is located some 4km south of the city centre in a tranquil neighbourhood; your efforts in getting here are rewarded with splendid views over the coast. Rooms are functional and unflashy, and the decor is nothing special, but the setting and the relaxed-yet-professional feel more than make up for the slightly dated sense of style.

Amenities include a bar, a restaurant and a gym. Note that the cheaper rooms overlook the parking lot. The best asset is the pool, one of the biggest in Réunion. Booking online gets you the best deals.
