This recently completed wooden lodge in the forest of Conkouati-Douli overlooks a river and is a place to overnight on a gorilla- or chimp-watching trip. Accommodation is very basic, in hammocks with basic toilet facilities and no running water, but it's a wonderful chance to spend the night deep in the jungle. Book through WCS in Brazzaville.
