Reopened in October 2019, this high-class option stands in the thick of Rincón’s best surfing at Sandy Beach. An elegant Mediterranean-style guesthouse, it occupies a magnificent, moody stretch of ocean and is a magnet for discerning jet-setting surfers. Guests work out their sore muscles at morning yoga under palms and navigate the walled-in gardens to nine large, lovely sea-view rooms.
