Caña by Juliana Gonzalez

San Juan

This relaxed restaurant celebrates the island’s produce and dishes while giving them a gourmet twist. The Puerto Rican chef's farm-to-fork dinner menu is divided into sea (slow-cooked octopus, crispy snapper salad), mountain (mofongo and pork belly) and orchard (pickled root vegetables, crisp salads). Mixing up traditional tiles, family photos and contemporary furniture, it has a sweeping terrace and rum bar.

There's a popular weekend brunch too.
