Built on the site of the owner's grandparents' house, this cosy terracotta-and-white spot serves wonderfully authentic Portuguese cuisine, including stand-out barbecued fish, a variety of cataplanas (seafood stews) for two people, and arroz de polvo (octopus rice). It's popularity means service can be slow in high summer, but the wait is invariably worth it.
