Machado Joalheiro

Aliados & Bolhão

The Machado family opened the doors of their flagship jewellery store in downtown Porto in 1880. The shop specialises in traditional gold filigree pieces, which are intricately laced in Portugal’s jewellery-making hub just outside Porto. There's also a snazzy diamond collection.

Even if the sparklers are outside your price range, the store is worth strolling by for its pretty art nouveau facade.
