Pestana Porto - A Brasileira

Aliados & Bolhão

The reopening of A Brasileira, the grand turn-of-the-century cafe that first fuelled Porto’s love affair with coffee in the early 1900s, has caused quite a stir. Since spring 2018, the stately building now also harbours a plush five-star hotel, with rooms that reference Portugal’s former spice trade (pink pepper, cinnamon, etc), plus a restaurant, gym and patio with a vertical garden.
