There's no sugarcoating what's going down at this wildly popular restaurant inside Residencial Maciel II – an American couple (with Portuguese and Russian roots) satiate homesick crowds with mostly American-style classics (sirloin steak, chicken cordon bleu, lamb chops, duck breast) with occasional Italian and Portuguese flourishes. Ignore the distracting menu font – the food is solid, especially the fish specials (no bones!).
And there's New York Cheesecake for dessert. Definitely reserve ahead.
