This hip spot is all about the design. And experience. Given its apparent target (surfers who are riding a money wave, and are happy to spend it), it redefines the image of the hippie dude living out of a combi van. The funky decor incorporates polished concrete and recycled woods, and comprises clean lines, whites and natural hues.
The restaurant-guest-common-area downstairs is lovely, as is the rooftop terrace for post-surf fun. But glurfing (you heard it here first: glamorous surfing) comes at a price.
