In Bocca al Lupo

Príncipe Real, Santos & Estrela

This excellent 'bio-trattoria', mostly hidden away from tourist view, does a long list of authentic, organic, and seasonal gourmet pizzas baked in a traditional stone oven. Meat is present, in the excellent and spicy diavola for example, but many choices are vegetarian, vegan and gluten free (kamut dough also available).

Transparent ingredient sourcing from Portugal and Italy – check the website – shows these folks aren't here to dance. Reserve ahead.
