Lisbon's first paleo-focused cafe is tucked away on the grounds of Polo Cultural Gaivotas Boavista, as elementary school turned cultural hub, under a sculpted wall by famed street-artist Vhils. Drawing consistent crowds is the daily-changing menu of raw and paleo delights: thick, savoury tarts and stews (wild boar and mushroom, ratatouille, venison etc) and lighter vegetarian/vegan fare. No sugar. Nothing processed.
