A Padaria do Povo

Príncipe Real, Santos & Estrela

The only thing suggesting there's a restaurant inside this inconspicuous building is the menu hanging on the front door listing the daily specials. Inside an old bakery from the early 1900s, here the food is no-frills Portuguese traditional cuisine. Service is fast and courteous, if not overly joyful.
