The Bar

Príncipe Real, Santos & Estrela

Australian Teresa Ruiz runs a one-woman cocktail show at this fantastic bar that puts tasty spins on classics in a heavily concreted environment spruced up with an eye-catching she-wolf street mural by Tamara Alves. Negronis are her thing (traditional, with mezcal or with Aperol) but there's something for everyone, including Aussies missing Bondi Beach (No 9 – vodka, Campari and OJ).

The soundtrack – all '80s and '90s alternative and Britpop – and Ruiz' friendly demeanour make this a spot you could spend the night.
