Lisbon Inn Lapa

Lisbon

This renovated B&B on the 1st floor of a palatial pale-green building from the 1940s is a discerning choice. There are four lavishly appointed rooms – our favourite has a small terrace – and fascinating details throughout (check the brass peephole door on the main entrance).

Original crown mouldings, refined hardwood floors, period antiques and a modern shared bathroom with sink-in bathtub are just a few of the positives here. Hosts Maria and João are never far.
