Baking pastéis de nata (custard tarts) really is like rocket science in Lisbon. This born-again butter factory gets it just right – crisp tarts that flake just so are filled with luscious cream and served with good strong coffee and smiles at this bright, modern cafe. This isn't Lisbon's most famous pastel de nata, but some say it's the best.
