Halfway between Braga and Guimarães, this lovingly run 18th-century country wine estate has four guest rooms filled with family antiques and heirlooms, a cosy four-person cottage and a natural pool onsite. Guests who book directly receive breakfast and a bottle of the estate's own vinho verde. Three-course dinners (€30) are available on request, prepared by the gracious, English-speaking live-in owners.
