Chef Aleksander Baron pulls out all the stops with his contemporary take on old Polish dishes, such as Ruthenian pierogi (dried pike roe dumplings) and zraz (an aged beef roulade). Produce is seasonal and the presentation beautiful. The industrial chic setting, incorporating the five giant vodka stills of the old factory, is very impressive.

The weekday two-course set lunch (45zł) is a great deal.
