'Without Stars' is a supremely successful expression of contemporary Polish cooking. Each month chef Robert Trzópek takes inspiration from a different province of Poland for his set menus, which include four to six courses and can be enjoyed with wine pairings. For creative, beautifully presented dishes in a relaxed environment this restaurant cannot be beat.
