Warsaw


Warsaw's main racecourse since 1939 is around 10km south of the city centre. Events are held most weekends between late April and mid-November – the most prestigious events are the Derby Gala (July) and the Great Warsaw Gala (September) when ticket prices start from 40zł.

From Wilanowska metro station take bus 300 to the racecourse.

The racecourse is also used for other events including the annual pop-music festival Orange Warsaw Festival.
