'Half and Half' is something new in Tarnów: a modern, idiosyncratic, food-focused restaurant that takes forays into innovation without ever abandoning Polish roots or discarding deep cultural knowledge of how to treat the region's produce. Run by two sisters whose personalities are firmly implanted on the place, it's whimsical, sophisticated and even welcomes kids (with fairy floss!)
Expect dishes such as blood sausage with panko, demi-glace and apple or corn-fed chicken with corn puree, grilled corn and popcorn, and rest assured that vegetarians, vegans and the gluten-intolerant pose no problems.
