Karczma Hajduk

Carpathian Mountains

This inn, the name of which recalls Niedzica Castle’s Hungarian origins (hajduks were Hungarian mercenaries who fought against the Habsburgs in the 17th and 18th centuries), serves filling Polish dishes such as pierogi and grilled meats next door to the castle. There are outdoor seats overlooking the lake and castle, if weather permits.
