Carnivorous nirvana, 'Steak Cottage' doesn't limit itself to beef – lamb, pork, chicken and burgers all get a licking from the flames. Vegetarians will have to content themselves with mushroom soup, dumplings or, more intriguingly, moskol (stone-baked potato cake) with garlic butter and sheep's cheese.
