Hummus is undergoing a renaissance in Kraków and this tiny place on the western side of busy ul Krakowska has transformed the humble chickpea spread into an art form. Choose from various flavours, either 'classic' or seasoned with chilli, horseradish or garlic, and served in edible cornflour bowls.
