Atmosphere trumps food at Dolphin (the rooftop restaurant at Rashmi Guest House), which is perched high above Man Mandir Ghat, but it's still a fine place for an evening meal. The breezy balcony offers fine Ganges views, and Dolphin is one of the few places that serves nonveg food and illicit beer.
